Tamuna is the Founder and CEO of Kaleidra Global Advisors. Her expertise is built on decades of advising and working with world-renowned CEOs, senior government officials, C-suite executives, association leaders and other stakeholders worldwide.

Tamuna served as the first Executive Director and Chief Operating Officer of the World Federation of Direct Selling Associations (WFDSA), a role she held for over two decades. During her tenure, she led the transformation of WFDSA into a globally influential federation representing a $170 billion industry with operations across more than 150 markets. She led high-level delegations into complex international environments, engaged with regulators and policymakers and served as the industry's global spokesperson.

​Before WFDSA, Tamuna served as a diplomat, negotiating bilateral trade agreements and working on economic policies and WTO issues.

Tamuna has always believed that perception shapes what is possible. Her perspective is shaped as much by behavioral psychology as by decades of watching how decisions are actually made at the highest levels — what makes people trust, listen, or look away.​ Color theory has been a parallel, lifelong study — not as an aesthetic field but as the science of how color shapes perception, emotion and behavior. Her studies at Parsons School of Design  and the London College of Fashion add a visual dimension to Kaleidra's work in personal branding, executive presence, and market positioning — helping individuals and organizations understand not only what they say, but how they are seen. She is also represented by Click Model Management.

Tamuna is a frequent keynote speaker on business strategy, global trends, consumer behavior and women's economic empowerment. Her insights have been featured in leading global publications, including Forbes Mexico, La Repubblica, El Universo, Diplomacy & Commerce and many more.

She serves on the Executive Board of the Organization of Women in International Trade (OWIT) and on the Board of the Moral Compass Federation, and holds an MA from the School of International Service at American University in Washington, DC.
